| Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis of human heart mitochondrial proteins. 100 micro gram of mitochondrial proteins were separated in the first dimension on a non-linear ampholytes (pH 3-10), followed by SDS-PAGE gel (10%) stained with SYPRO Ruby protein gel stain.
